RESEARCH ACTIVITIES ON WATER MANAGEMENT
MANAGEMENT AND LABOR RELATIONS
On important issues concerning water management Standing Committee undertake research and studies and they report the finding to JWWA members. Also, such matters as water management, labor relations, and water supply statistics are researched, summarized and analyzed in order to enrich the available data.
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICE
Regarding inquiries on water supply management, JWWA responds to them after consultation with the ministries concerned, the JWWA management and legal advisors. The advisors also give advice and guidance through face-to-face interviews.
MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICE
Commissioned by members, JWWA provides management consulting services. Chiefly management advisors conduct operations analyses, trial rate estimates and organization reviews, the results of which are summarized in reports.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
JWWA organizes national activities for public relations purposes, particularly in Water Supply Week, which lasts from June 1 to 7 every year. Promotional materials and publications, including posters, pamphlets and video tapes are prepared and distributed, together with advertising broadcasting on TV and Radio.
